Mystery Blogger Award 4.21.2020

“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:
God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit,
seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles,
believed on in the world, received up into glory.”

– 1 Timothy 3:16 KJV

Glory to Your Holy and Mysterious name, O Lord God! How wonderful is the mystery of Your love for vile sinners and broken spirits! I am grateful for that mystery, and for Your love! So grateful for its cleansing power, and its redemptive power! I was lost, but now am found. Was blind, but now by Your mysterious grace… I see. 🙂
Thank You God for the many wonderful mysteries of You! Including Your blessings You send through friends… like my dear sister in Christ Herry of Herry Chic Counsels for her generous nomination for the Mystery Blogger Award. Thank for the outpouring of Your love all over her blog, and through her many kind encouragements. Bless her blog, Lord, and bless her!

Thank you Herry, for the kind nomination that allows me to share with others.
May you and your blog overflow with God’s mysterious love as it flows… both ways! ❤
Me and God love you, Sister! 🙂

Mystery Blogger Award 4.12.2020

“And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God:
but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see,
and hearing they might not understand.”
– Luke 8:10 KJV

The mystery of a loving and caring Father… it’s a wonderful thing to know even a part of You, God. Thank You, Holy Spirit for allowing me to see, to believe, and to receive! Please help those who need Your Spirit to see, to believe. They have no idea what they are missing. Help them to find their way to You. I know You love them so! ❤
Thank You for having Stu of Something to Stu Over to nominate me for the Mystery Blogger Award. Bless His ministry, Father. So many are lost over the very barrier that Stu ministers in. Protect Him, Lord, those things that would threaten to harm His walk. Keep Him from temptation. Bless His dear children. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen!

Thank you Stu for thinking of me! May the Lord richly bless you and encourage you! May He keep you and your family safe during these times. Me and God love you, Brother! ❤Mystery Blogger Award 4.12.2020Here are the guidelines…

Three Things About Myself
1. I love my Father God! ❤
2. I love my Savior Jesus Christ! ❤
3. I love my precious Holy Spirit! ❤

My Best Posts:
1. Love of My Life – I Am His Song
2. Me and God
3. My Fear of God

1. What, for you, is the biggest mystery of all time?
That the God of all creation would love me… so much that He sent His only Son to die on a cross to make sure I would be with Him always! ❤
2. How do you see yourself five years from now?
Still in love with Jesus and telling everyone I can… God loves you! ❤
3. Do you feel the media is not portraying the virus as the beginning of the end and that Bill Gates is at the center of it all? (Yeah, it could only be a conspiracy theory…but there is a lot of truth to back it up)
I don’t think the media is really interested in biblical things, and many even consider this particular topic too much of a threat to those who are already so afraid and struggling with anxiety.
4. Have you seen what some people are doing for social distancing?!?😂😂
Yes. I am fascinated to see how creative people are getting. Like a group of family and friends still having a gathering by meeting in their own cars and trucks, turned around with tailbacks up and tailgates down, and each grilling their own food, yet all in good distance. It reminded me of when we use to go to the drive in early to picnic or grill out, and let the kids play while we just sat around talking. 🙂 God is awesome in what He allows us to do together. Love one another. 😉
5. How many times do you hit the snooze button when the alarm goes off?
At least once. But I try not to more than that.

Anyone who is struggling with chronic or daily pain would be so wise and blessed to visit her blog.img_0671

What is Mystery Blogger Award?
“This is an award for amazing bloggers with indigenous posts. Their blog not only captivates; it inspires and motivates. They are one of the best out there, and they deserve every recognition they get. This award is also for bloggers who find fun and inspiration in blogging and they do it with so much love and passion.” – Okoto Enigma

• Nominate 10-20 bloggers you feel deserve the award

• Answer the questions from the person who nominated you

• Ask your nominees 5 questions of your choice with one weird or funny one

• Notify your nominees by commenting on their blog

3 Thing About Myself
1. I am in love with my Savior Jesus Christ! ❤
2. I am grateful that Jesus didn’t give up on His way to the cross! ❤
3. I am grateful that Jesus didn’t give up on me either! ❤

5 Questions from Tasha for me:

1) What made you want to start blogging?
I began Gail Loves God as a private blog to talk just between me and God.
Last summer He led me to open it while doing a challenge for a friend…
The 30 Posts Challenge for Fatima of Splendors In Embers…|
which led me to doing the…
21 Day Self Care Challenge with Lovely Anita of Discovering Your Happiness.

2) As this award is about blogs that inspire and motivates – do you as a nominee have a mantra, proverb or saying that you live by?
❤ God loves you! ❤ Everyone needs to know this, or be reminded!

3) If you had to choose one meal that you had to eat everyday for a month (without any health consequences), what would it be?
Spasagna with garlic bread from Cheddar’s for dinner
and Founder’s Favorite Ice Cream without the brownie from Cold Stone
(Have to Have It size… that’s their title for Large)

4) What is your favourite hobby/pass time?
Spending alone with God! ❤

5) What’s the best/worst practical joke that you’ve played on someone or that was played on you?
My family use to do practical jokes of scaring one another as a past time.
The stronger the fear the better. Hysterics were the goal.
Later when I was a part of a local young adult community organization of adults from ages 21 to 39, when we did the famous annual haunted house, for at least 2 months fear was the favorite joke. Again hysterics were the goal.
As a result, fear is a huge part of my anxiety when there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. It would be God teaching me to reverently fear Him, and learn in His Holy Word that He did not want me in hysterics, to teach me to face my fears. I may not be able to prevent sudden fear from arising, but I can turn to Him for how I face it.

“Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.”
– Proverbs 3:25 KJV
